Position Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable retail sales specialist to fill a permanent part-time role, working approximately 22.5 hours per week across Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers promptly
  • Guide customers in product selection and sales inquiries
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through outstanding service
  • Provide design advice when necessary
  • Maintain high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising
  • Support stock management and ordering processes
  • Process payments efficiently using the POS system
  • Assist with warranty claims and damaged stock
  • Handle incoming calls professionally
  • Help receive and organize new stock shipments
  • Prepare and pack customer orders
  • Facilitate delivery of customer orders as needed

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in retail sales
  • Possession of a valid driver's license is a plus
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service
  • Proficient in computer use and MS Office applications
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to foster effective working relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, approachable, and confident demeanor
