Job Overview

The Customer Success Professional at PSC Biotech is responsible for providing exceptional support to customers, ensuring their software, hardware, and network solutions meet their needs. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Business Development Manager in meeting project goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of ACETM and Audit UtopiaTM features.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and provide solutions.
  • Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, prioritizing responsibilities and meeting deadlines.
  • Demonstrate ability to travel as needed within the U.S. and globally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2-5 years' experience in customer service, preferably in a life science enterprise setting.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and standard IT applications.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
