Dynamic Team Member Wanted for Exciting Role
The role of a skilled Hydraulic Fitter/Machinist is available in our workshop engineering team.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Planning machining requirements by reviewing work orders and technical drawings
- Setting up and operating lathes, mills, and other machinery to produce precision parts to specification
- Maintaining and servicing machines, tools, and equipment through cleaning, lubrication, and preventative maintenance
- Carrying out hand-fitting tasks such as filing and undertaking welding duties if qualified
- Performing factory and machine maintenance functions as needed
Our company values accountability, communication, open-mindedness, ambition, and respect. The ideal candidate will have trade qualifications as a diesel fitter, mechanic, or hydraulics fitter, with 5+ years' experience in a similar role.
A strong skillset includes:
- Machining, hydraulics, precision measuring instruments
- Interpreting engineering drawings
