At the core of our childcare services lies a deep commitment to nurturing young minds and fostering a love for learning. As an Enrolments Officer, you will play a pivotal role in building strong relationships with prospective families and guiding them through the enrolment process.

You will be the first point of contact for parents and guardians interested in our services. Your primary responsibility will be to showcase our unique offerings and ensure a smooth and positive experience for families.

Your key responsibilities will include conducting consultations with prospective parents, providing detailed information about our programmes and facilities, and maintaining ongoing communication with prospective families.

We are seeking an individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a genuine passion for early childhood education and childcare. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is highly desirable.
