Social Media Manager and Graphic Designer

We are seeking a Virtual Assistant with expertise in social media management, administrative support, and graphic design to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of experience in managing social media presence, handling administrative tasks, and creating engaging content for Instagram and Facebook.
- Manage social media presence by creating and scheduling pet-related content
- Organize weekly and monthly content calendars using Canva
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages professionally
- Repurpose client-supplied photos and videos into branded, high-quality posts
The Virtual Assistant will also be responsible for formatting marketing materials, social posts, and simple digital assets using Canva, designing aesthetically pleasing visuals to promote products and pet wellness content, maintaining and updating spreadsheets, and assisting with email communication and simple bookkeeping tasks.
Requirements & ExpectationsTo be successful in this role, the Virtual Assistant must possess strong written and spoken English skills, 1+ year of experience in social media management, proficiency in Canva, reliable internet connection, and ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
A passion for pets and interest in wellness-related topics is a plus. The Virtual Assistant must be willing to take initiative and bring creative content ideas to the table, start immediately, and commit to a minimum of 20 hours/week.
