Graphic Designer (9 Month Maternity Leave Cover - Contract)

CampaignLab is looking for a versatile and talented Jr or Mid-weight Graphic Designer to join our award-winning PR & brand engagement agency on a contract basis. This 9-month maternity leave cover (with the potential to extend) offers the opportunity to work on diverse, creative projects within a highly collaborative environment.

Overview

We're seeking a designer who thrives on crafting beautiful visuals, producing dynamic social content, and bringing ideas to life across a wide range of formats. You'll work closely with our Production team and broader PR/Social Leads to support ongoing brand and campaign activity.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Creative Lead and campaign teams to develop impactful visual content
  • Create high-quality assets for a range of mediums including social media graphics and short-form visuals
  • Photo editing and asset preparation
  • Presentation decks and pitch materials (Google docs/Indesign)
  • Digital content such as display ads, web graphics, infographics, and campaign visuals
  • Support in creatives for photoshoots and video content
  • Assist in the execution of marketing and brand campaigns
  • Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables
  • Contribute to the creative development process with fresh ideas and visual input
What We're Looking For
  • Graphic designer with 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced creative environment
  • Proven ability to produce high-quality, engaging social media content
  • Strong photo editing skills and understanding of visual storytelling
  • Strong proficiency across the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proficient in Google Slides, Docs and Sheets
  • Ability to manage time and multiple projects efficiently
  • Proactive, collaborative, and positive team player
  • Open to feedback and willing to learn
