Graphic Designer (9 Month Maternity Leave Cover - Contract)
Campaign Lab is looking for a versatile and talented Jr or Mid-weight Graphic Designer to join our award-winning PR & brand engagement agency on a contract basis.
This 9-month maternity leave cover (with the potential to extend) offers the opportunity to work on diverse, creative projects within a highly collaborative environment.
Overview
We're seeking a designer who thrives on crafting beautiful visuals, producing dynamic social content, and bringing ideas to life across a wide range of formats.
You'll work closely with our Production team and broader PR/Social Leads to support ongoing brand and campaign activity.
Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Creative Lead and campaign teams to develop impactful visual content
Create high-quality assets for a range of mediums including social media graphics and short-form visuals
Photo editing and asset preparation
Presentation decks and pitch materials (Google docs/Indesign)
Digital content such as display ads, web graphics, infographics, and campaign visuals
Support in creatives for photoshoots and video content
Assist in the execution of marketing and brand campaigns
Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables
Contribute to the creative development process with fresh ideas and visual input

What We're Looking For

Graphic designer with 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced creative environment
Proven ability to produce high-quality, engaging social media content
Strong photo editing skills and understanding of visual storytelling
Strong proficiency across the Adobe Creative Suite
Proficient in Google Slides, Docs and Sheets
Ability to manage time and multiple projects efficiently
Proactive, collaborative, and positive team player
Open to feedback and willing to learn
