We're on the hunt for a talented Graphic Design & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic MediAesthetics Marketing team. In this role, you'll create eye-catching digital assets that drive customer engagement and enhance our eCommerce, email marketing (EDMs), and social media channels. Working closely with the eCommerce & CRM team and key stakeholders, you'll bring ideas to life with on-brand, user-friendly designs that make an impact.

As the Graphic Design & Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our digital creative efforts. From social media graphics that stop the scroll to email designs that boost engagement, you'll play a key role in delivering innovative, high-quality designs that align with our brand vision. Your responsibilities will include:

Design & Digital Assets:

• Create eye-catching digital assets, including email marketing designs (EDMs), social media graphics, and website visuals using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Animate graphics for website banners, EDMs, and digital ads to deliver engaging content across multiple platforms.
• Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and maintain aesthetic consistency.

Email Marketing:

• Work closely with the CRM and eCommerce teams to design and deliver email marketing campaigns that are visually striking and optimised for mobile and desktop.
• Manage the end-to-end briefing, creation, testing, and approval process with stakeholders, ensuring campaigns go live on schedule.
• Set up audience segmentation and trigger-based communications using email marketing platforms.

Social Media Content:

• Design scroll-stopping visuals for Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) to drive engagement and complement the brand's creative direction and seasonal campaigns.
• Assist with the creation and editing of video content for social media to amplify campaign reach and effectiveness.

Web & eCommerce Support:

• Contribute to the design and rollout of campaign visuals for the e-commerce site (WooCommerce).
• Ensure all campaign elements are well-integrated and aligned with objectives.

Performance Optimisation:

• Test and refine digital assets to ensure high performance across EDMs, websites, and social media channels.
• Utilise A/B testing and analytics to drive continuous improvement in creative strategies.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Support the preparation of weekly reports on online sales, email campaigns, and website performance.
• Leverage reporting tools to provide actionable insights and contribute to ongoing optimisation efforts.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with a strong portfolio showcasing digital designs.
• Experience creating email designs, social media content, and eCommerce visuals.
• A knack for animation and creating engaging, on-brand visuals.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• A data-driven mindset with experience in testing and optimising digital content.
