**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Are you a creative person with a passion for blending design with marketing? We are looking for a creative visual design, video and social media specialist to elevate our brand presence through expertly crafted marketing collaterals, visually stunning videos, and captivating quality brochure designs. This role is critical to working on branding Nuwaru while spearheading content creation and managing our social media channels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and design marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and promotional documents, ensuring a polished and professional look and feel.
- Create and edit videos to showcase Nuwaru's people, services, and achievements.
- Manage and curate content for Nuwaru's social media channels, ensuring consistent branding and engaging messaging.
- Monitor social media performance matrices and use insights to refine content strategy.
- Collaborate with leadership to gather information and insights for content creation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing content creation and design.

**What we're looking for**:

- Proven experience in creating marketing content, including designing brochures, creating videos, and preparing professional documents essential.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and video editing tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and creativity.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and experience in managing corporate social media accounts.
- Good business acumen.
- Quick learner skills to grasp new concepts.
- Proactive approach to bring forward your ideas.
- Strong creative flair and consistently comes up with innovative solutions.
- Someone who has a vibrant and friendly personality.

**Preferred qualifications**
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, majoring in design, video and social media or a related field.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 10 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:
