Senior HVAC Manager

We are seeking a Senior HVAC Manager to lead our client service delivery across various key contracts in the Kimberley region. This is an operational role that involves managing electricians, fire technicians, handypeople, and HVAC technicians who undertake service, maintenance, repairs, and minor works projects for commercial buildings, shopping centers, supermarkets, utility providers, and government premises.
Key Responsibilities- Operationally manage the maintenance trades service delivery within contractual KPIs and to client expectations.
- Undertake client stakeholder engagement, staff and sub-contractor management, and reporting to head-office.
- Trade qualification as HVAC&R or Electrician.
- Over 3 years' experience as a Service Manager/Supervisor overseeing a team of 8+ mobile technicians.
- Strong P&L skills, stakeholder engagement, and man-management.
- An excellent communicator with strong English language skills.
- Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident.
