We are seeking highly skilled Customer Service Experience Specialists to visit retail outlets and provide detailed observations about their experience.
This involves posing as a customer, making detailed observations about the store presentation, service, selling skills, cleanliness etc., and completing a survey online about the experience.
The ideal candidate has an eye for detail, a good memory, is reliable, has great communication skills, and access to the internet.
The number of assignments offered depends on the candidate's availability, ability to successfully complete tasks, location, willingness to travel, flexibility, and reliability.
Surveys can take from 10 minutes to 1 hour to complete.
