
Customer Experience Specialist

This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences by identifying opportunities to improve relationships and service offerings.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Act as primary point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth execution of the end-to-end shipment lifecycle.
- Understand external factors impacting the customer's supply chain and their sense of urgency, service needs, drivers, and desires.
- Align with customer expectations upfront and respond with suggested solutions.
- Manage customer satisfaction across multiple product offerings.
- Cross-sell and upsell Logistics and Services products to customers.
- Responsible for vendor management and shipment order consolidation planning.
- Proactively track shipments and notify customers of relevant deviations from the transport plan.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a strong communicator, have excellent problem-solving skills, and be able to work independently.
The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in logistics or transportation.
