We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the experience of clients across various industries.
This is a fixed-term contract position that offers a unique opportunity to work with a global organization and contribute to its success. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team that values diversity and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities- Provide seamless member experiences by delivering exceptional customer service aligned with industry standards.
- Handle all inquiries, including claims related to insurance programs, in a timely and professional manner.
- Offer accurate and timely information regarding coverage as per terms and conditions.
- Focus on delivering exceptional experiences during every customer interaction.
- Assist customers professionally at all touchpoints.
- Understand customer needs and deliver personalized service.
- Operate within a heavily regulated industry, demonstrating understanding of legal, regulatory, and internal compliance obligations.
- Complete prescribed training to maintain skills and competencies.
- Identify, record, and report complaints, conflicts, breaches, and other reportable matters promptly.
- Meet or exceed performance targets while maintaining service levels as a team member.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with at least 12 months in a customer-focused role.
- Claims handling experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent phone manner and verbal communication skills.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems and the ability to learn new ones.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement.
