
Chief Business Improvement Specialist

This role is a key component in the delivery of a significant TechnologyOne implementation project for a local council. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders to drive business process improvements and ensure project success.
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in a related field and experience working within local government and/or on TechnologyOne projects. They will also possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a strong understanding of Business Process Automation (BPA) principles.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
- Support the implementation of TechnologyOne modules, particularly the PNR module.
- Drive BPA improvements to increase efficiency.
- Identify risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain high-quality documentation and reporting throughout the project.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Information Technology, Change Management, or a related discipline.
- Experience working within local government and/or on TechnologyOne projects.
- BPA experience.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and analysis.
