About You
  • Tertiary qualification in a business-related discipline
  • Proven experience as a senior leader with expertise in strategic planning, team management, and stakeholder engagement
  • High-level communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with success in building high-performing teams and developing effective strategies
  • Deep understanding of not-for-profit operations, governance, and fundraising principles
  • Appreciation for volunteer-based community services and commitment to making a positive impact
  • Current Driver's Licence, ability to travel, and ability to obtain and maintain required probity checks
