Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our ERP Replacement Program team. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in driving business improvement initiatives and delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our stakeholders.

About the Role

The primary focus of this role is to collaborate closely with the business to align with ERP strategy, identifying areas for improvement in business systems, processes, workflows, and customer service. You will evaluate the implications of system changes and establish testing protocols to ensure enhancements meet functional requirements.

You will generate clear, detailed project scoping and design documentation for technical specialists to build appropriate business solutions, integrate test plans to validate that solutions adhere to project specifications, and consult effectively with business areas, managers, departments, users, workplace bodies, and other stakeholders to ensure their requirements are accurately captured and reflected in test scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate the implications of system changes and establish testing protocols to ensure enhancements meet functional requirements
