Key Retail Merchandiser and Product Trainer

To succeed in this role, you will be required to visit key retailers within your assigned area, including major hardware stores and electronics outlets. Your primary responsibility will be to demonstrate Swann Security products to customers, providing a strong customer experience and converting demonstrations into sales.

  • Merchandise products in stores to ensure maximum visibility and appeal to customers.
  • Create visually appealing point of sale displays that effectively showcase products.
  • Provide in-store training and engagement with store staff and customers to ensure they are familiar with Swann Security products.
  • Check stock levels and order additional stock as needed to meet customer demand.
  • Report accurate data upon completion of each visit to support business decision-making.
  • Build strong retailer relationships to drive sales and increase brand awareness.

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • Previous retail or merchandising experience is highly desirable.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective customer engagement and team collaboration.
  • Comfort using technology to report work via mobile devices.
