Job Description:

As a Display Home Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting office and onsite teams with the coordination of display homes from planning to opening. This involves managing scheduling of meetings, bookings, and key project milestones while working closely with sales, design, marketing, construction, and compliance teams to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the full display home process from planning to opening
  • Manage scheduling of meetings, bookings, and key project milestones
  • Work closely with sales, design, marketing, construction, and compliance teams to meet deadlines
  • Develop and maintain display homes policies, procedures, and workflows for efficiency
  • Oversee the decommissioning of display homes when required
  • Support the product development team by managing databases, libraries, and cross-team liaison
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong communicator with excellent coordination, attention to detail, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Demonstrated administration background, working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Confident with liaising with multiple people, adapting to different styles and requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) with the ability to manage confidential information
  • Ideally some experience within the project home industry, demonstrating building and construction and display home knowledge
