
Product Development Specialist

The role of Display Home Product Development Coordinator is to support the office and onsite teams in the coordination of the process associated with getting display homes from initial planning stages into construction and through to opening.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the full display home process from planning to opening
- Manage scheduling of meetings, bookings and key project milestones
- Work closely with sales, design, marketing, construction and compliance teams to meet deadlines
- Develop and maintain display homes policies, procedures and workflows for efficiency
- Oversee the decommissioning of display homes when required
- Support the product development team by managing databases, libraries and cross team liaison
Requirements:
- Strong communicator with excellent coordination, attention to detail, problem solving and time management skills
- Demonstrated administration background, working in a fast paced, high-volume environment
- Confident with liaising with multiple people, adapting to different styles and requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) with the ability to manage confidential information
- Ideally some experience within the project home industry, demonstrating building and construction and display home knowledge
