Display Home Product Development Coordinator

The Display Home Product Development Coordinator plays a vital role in the Brighton Homes Drafting team, reporting to the Drafting Manager. The primary focus of this position is to support both the office and onsite teams with coordination of the process associated with transitioning display homes from initial planning stages into construction and through to opening.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the entire display home process from planning to opening
  • Manage scheduling of meetings, bookings and key project milestones
  • Work closely with sales, design, marketing, construction and compliance teams to meet deadlines
  • Develop and maintain display homes policies, procedures and workflows for maximum efficiency
  • Oversight of decommissioning display homes when required
  • Support the product development team by managing databases, libraries and cross-team liaison
Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills with excellent coordination, attention to detail, problem-solving and time management skills
  • Demonstrated administration background, working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Confident with liaising with multiple people, adapting to different styles and requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) with the ability to manage confidential information
  • Ideal experience within the project home industry, demonstrating building and construction and display home knowledge
