Friendly Liaison Specialist

We are seeking a professional to respond and direct inbound calls, as well as complete online enquiries on behalf of our State Government client.
Key responsibilities include:
- Allocating calls to the most appropriate area or referral based on the caller's need;
- Making referrals and transferring callers to the appropriate service (000, Crimestoppers, etc);
- Completing crime or other reports in a timely manner;
You will be guided by work instructions provided by the system called Knowledge, actively listening to each caller to understand their needs and enquiry.
To succeed, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience providing high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment;
- The ability to navigate software platforms/screens simultaneously;
- Effective communication and empathy skills;
- Maintain a calm and resilient composure;
- Professional conduct and teamwork skills;
- An interest in learning new information and embracing feedback;
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19; and hold Australian Citizenship or relevant unrestricted work rights.
