Job Title: Food and Beverage Supervisor

We are seeking a seasoned Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead our team and oversee daily operations at our leading resort.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily food and beverage operations across multiple outlets, ensuring seamless service flow and high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Lead and mentor team members to achieve exceptional service standards and maintain a positive team culture.
  • Contribute to recruitment, rostering, payroll coordination, and other key tasks to support the success of our food and beverage department.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth communication and efficient service delivery.
  • Handle guest feedback professionally and promptly, using this information to drive continuous improvement and enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Support stock control and inventory processes to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
  • Play an active role in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.

For this role, you will require minimum 2 years' experience in a food and beverage leadership position, preferably within a hotel or resort environment. A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is also required. Experience with Micros POS is highly advantageous. You should have a strong service focus, sharp attention to detail, and an energetic, self-motivated, and enthusiastic attitude. As a team player with a hands-on approach, you will be passionate about creating memorable guest experiences. Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, is essential.
