Job Title

Ensure efficient weighbridge operations with a vital role in our team.

  • Coordinate and reconcile weighbridge documentation for optimal results.
  • Capture and identify all vehicles entering the site in our control systems.
  • Investigate error logs, councils and other customers ensuring timely resolution.
  • Reconcile incoming weighbridge invoices with accuracy.
  • Track, record and check containers loads details entered into the system.
  • Data entry tasks assigned by the administration officer for export-related activities.
  • Maintain accurate recording of incoming/outgoing loads/containers and vehicle details.
  • Book dispatch/received paperwork for transport companies efficiently.
  • Liaise daily with drivers, outsource providers, transport companies and plant operators.
  • Schedule and ensure customer deliveries are completed on time.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly weighbridge reports as required.
  • Compile weekly weighbridge in & out tonnage for the accounts department.
  • Compile monthly RCTI report for Account Payable to facilitate payment.
  • Participate in safety initiatives including pre-starts, toolboxes and incident reporting.
  • Supervise weighbridge equipment operation to maintain efficient bin handling.

Key requirements for success include:

  • Previous experience in fast-paced administration roles.
  • Desirable but not essential: experience managing weighbridge information.
  • The discipline to apply strict standards to traffic flow consistently.
  • Mathematical aptitude and strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.

This role involves working a shared 12-hour day shift, Monday to Friday, including public holidays.
