Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Relationship Specialist to join our organization in Melbourne. As a key member of the Directorate of Regional ICT Services, you will foster and maintain productive working relationships with Defence personnel and partners.

About the Role

The Customer Relationship Specialist develops and executes customer engagement strategies to enhance Defence personnel's access to Chief Information Officer Group (CIOG) capabilities. You will provide active representation of customer issues and requirements to CIOG, ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster and maintain productive working relationships between CIOG, Defence Enabler partners, and Defence personnel.
  • Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to support targeted liaison and engagement with Defence personnel.
  • Provide active representation of customer issues and requirements to CIOG.
  • Enhance Defence personnel's access to CIOG capabilities.
  • Harness information to ensure support to strategic direction.

The Directorate comprises a mix of APS, ADF, and Contracted personnel located across major Defence bases Australia wide. We have an overseas region where opportunities exist for APS to rotate through the United States and England.
