Delivering Exceptional Guest Experiences

  • We are seeking a skilled Guest Relations Officer to join our team at Marriott Hotels. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service and attention to detail.

About the Role

  • As a Guest Relations Officer, you will be the first point of contact for guests upon arrival and departure, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • You will be responsible for completing opening preparation and pack-down duties to ensure the Executive Lounge is prepared for service.
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering incoming phone calls and responding to guest queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure that all food and beverage items are replenished and refilled promptly, maintaining a high standard of presentation and quality.
  • Assist with the completion of food and beverage requisition for the next day's delivery, ensuring that all necessary items are ordered and delivered on time.
  • Maintain a positive inter-departmental relationship through the hotel and with outside vendors, providing excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Abide by NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol when serving alcohol to guests, ensuring that all service is conducted in a responsible and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with guests, colleagues, and management, providing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
