About the Role:

We're looking for a highly experienced Senior Product Experience Director to lead our design initiatives and drive strategic design projects forward. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch experiences that make a lasting impact on our customers.

Your Mission: To develop and implement a cohesive vision for our products, leveraging your expertise in strategic design, information architecture, interaction design, and systems approach to interface design.

Your Impact: You'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our products, working closely with engineers, product managers, content designers, researchers, marketing experts, and analysts to advocate for user experience and ship high-quality work.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of $250,000 - $300,000 per year, depending on experience

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of professional product design experience, with a focus on visual, UX, and conceptual design
  • Proven track record of designing complex software, with expertise in user research, prototyping, and testing
  • Strong facilitation and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and functions
  • Demonstrated experience in iterative design processes, with a passion for sketching, showing work in progress, validating with customers, and iterating for growth
