We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented financial analyst to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing financial and non-financial data, creating reports, and providing insights to support our business decision-making process.

You will work closely with various teams across the organization to gather and analyze data, identify trends, and develop financial models, reports, and BI tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Operations to drive continuous improvement in financial and operational performance.

• Lead the operational planning and reporting process.

• Support expansion projects and new business initiatives, third-party agreements, and network location analyses.

• Ensure timely and accurate metrics and forecasts are created and maintained.

• Partner with Retail, IT, Transportation, and Supply Chain teams to drive optimal cross-functional decisions that maximize Amazon's long-term free cash flow.

• Drive standardization of operations reporting and BI tools within the Fulfillment Center network.

• Adopt and share best practices across Emerging countries and worldwide.

• Contribute to the next-generation development of site finance planning and analysis.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of tax, finance, or a related analytical field experience.

• 3+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience.

• 3+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience.

• 3+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience.

• 3+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause, and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience.

• Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence.

• Experience with cube engine tools (e.g., TM1, Cognos, or Essbase), SQL, and Data Warehouse.

• Experience in developing and maintaining data and visuals within Tableau/PowerBI/Quicksight.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• MBA or CPA.

• Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards).
