Job Description

As the Management Accountant / Analyst, you'll be an integral part of the Financial Planning & Analysis team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Business partnering with key stakeholders, providing support and insights
  • Planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Analysis and commentary on data to drive business growth and improved profitability
  • Involvement in process improvement projects

While 90% of your time will be dedicated to FP&A duties, 10% may involve assisting with financial accounting tasks related to your portfolio, such as balance sheet reconciliations and compliance.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Professionally qualified (or close to qualifying) as an Accountant (e.g., CA/CPA/ACCA or equivalent)
  • Strong Excel skills (intermediate to advanced)
  • Solid experience working in a Management Accountant or Financial Analyst capacity with clear knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders
  • A confident, interactive, and sociable personality to partner with non-finance stakeholders
