Job Title: Maintenance Officer

Keyton is seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Maintenance Officer. The successful applicant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our properties by undertaking maintenance activities and providing excellent customer service to our residents.

We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, strong computer skills, and a knack for problem-solving. As a Maintenance Officer, you will support our close-knit team on a full-time basis. No weekend work required.

About You
  • You will have demonstrated competence as a maintenance assistant or handyperson or experience in a similar role.
  • Be organized and able to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Have a good understanding of machinery use and tools required for the job.
  • Hold a current Australian Drivers Licence.
  • Hold a current First Aid Certificate or be willing to obtain one.
  • Be computer literate with basic knowledge of using Excel, Word, Outlook, and Apps.
