Nursing Assistant RoleJob Overview:This is an exciting opportunity to join a healthcare team as a Nursing Assistant. The ideal candidate will be passionate about caring for patients who are rehabilitating after an acute illness.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide support to the nursing team in delivering high-quality patient care.
- Assist patients with their daily needs, including personal hygiene and mobility.
- Contribute to a positive and respectful team environment.
- Currently enrolled in second or third year of a Bachelor of Nursing or degree deemed appropriate.
- Completion of HLT33115 Certificate III in Health Services Assistance (Assisting in Nursing Work in Acute Care).
- Effective written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
As a Nursing Assistant, you will work closely with experienced nursing staff to deliver high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include providing support to the nursing team, assisting patients with their daily needs, and contributing to a positive team environment.
