Senior Communication Specialist

This senior position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in the field of Speech Pathology, providing high-quality assessment, diagnosis, and management of acquired communication and swallowing difficulties.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive clinical experience, including experience as a Level 2 Speech Pathologist or equivalent, and demonstrated knowledge and clinical skill with a neurology and general adult caseload in rehabilitation and outpatient settings.
Main Responsibilities- Provide clinical supervision and engage in quality improvement projects to drive excellence in patient care.
- Contribute to service evaluation and planning to ensure effective patient outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient services.
- Bachelor or postgraduate degree in Speech Pathology, and eligibility for membership of Speech Pathology Australia.
- Leadership and/or supervision experience of Speech Pathology staff, Allied Health Assistants, or Speech Pathology students.
