Job Overview

The role of Consultant Learning and Capability involves supporting the Senior Consultant in co-designing, testing, and implementing learning pathways to enhance employee and organisational capability.

This position will collaborate with the Learning & Capability team members to design and deliver contemporary learning programs and interventions that uplift the organisation's performance and culture.

The consultant will lead the design, development, and implementation of learning programs that improve individual, team, and organisational development with strategic guidance from the Senior Consultant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-design, test, and roll out learning pathways to support employee and organisational capability
  • Collaborate with the Learning & Capability team to design and deliver learning programs and interventions
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of learning programs that align with organisational goals
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A systems thinker with a love for creating innovative learning experiences
  • Strong understanding of learning and development analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation
  • Demonstrated experience applying human-centred design principles
  • Demonstrated experience in applying project management and continuous improvement methodologies and tools
  • Understanding of learning and development best practice methodologies, models, and frameworks
  • Ability to engage and facilitate diverse audiences and make complex topics accessible
