Learning and Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Training Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Training Manager in planning and managing course delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes for learners.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to the wider team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Assist in business development and growth strategies, identifying opportunities for expansion and innovation.
- Identify and implement learner engagement strategies throughout their journey with us, ensuring a positive and supportive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Strong mentoring and leadership capabilities, with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, learners, and stakeholders.
- Ability to effectively problem-solve, think critically, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Extensive experience in a Training Coordinator role or similar position, with a deep understanding of adult learning principles and vocational education.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate are essential qualifications for this role.
- Able to work full-time, ongoing, and be based in Geelong.
