Administration Officer Position
About this role
- We are seeking a diligent and organised Administration Officer to provide timely, accurate and efficient administrative services to our team.
- You will be the first point of contact for visitors, managing phone calls, emails and correspondence from internal and external stakeholders.
- Your responsibilities will include ensuring the timely and accurate creation and maintenance of records and data, as well as assisting with site purchasing and procurement of office supplies.
- You will also be responsible for maintaining the administrative requirements of the site vehicle fleet and ensuring prompt and accurate management of ingoing and outgoing mail.
- An additional responsibility will be preparing and formatting documents and reports as required.
- You will also coordinate meetings, medical bookings and other relevant appointments.
Key Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year experience working in an administration role in an industrial setting is essential.
- You must possess excellent communication skills to effectively address inquiries and provide accurate information.
- A friendly, professional demeanour at all times is crucial.
- Familiarity with purchasing systems would be advantageous.
- You must have strong problem-solving skills and organisation, prioritisation, and time management skills.
- A proven high attention to detail and accuracy in data entry is necessary.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 suite is vital for success in this role.
