We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administration Officer to provide administrative operational support at our Burnie site. As an integral part of our team, you will play a vital role in providing administrative services with a focus on production and maintenance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing effective and efficient administrative services as part of a team
- Greeting visitors in a professional manner
- Managing phone calls, emails and correspondence from internal and external stakeholders
- Creating and maintaining records and data in a timely and accurate manner
- Assisting with purchasing processes and managing office supplies
- Maintaining the administrative requirements of the site vehicle fleet
- Managing ingoing and outgoing mail in a prompt and accurate manner
- Preparing and formatting documents and reports as required
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience working in an administration role in an industrial setting
- Excellent communication skills to effectively address inquiries and provide accurate information
- An attentive, friendly and professional demeanor at all times
- Knowledge of purchasing systems is highly advantageous
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Organisation, prioritisation, and time management skills
- Proven high attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 suite
