We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team.
This permanent full-time position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic administration environment, providing administrative support and playing a vital role in the smooth functioning of our operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for accurate data entry, purchasing processes, and generating reports for site management. You will also have the opportunity to showcase your organisational skills by handling a wide variety of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing effective, efficient, timely and accurate administrative services;
- Representing the company as the front-line contact, greeting visitors in a warm and professional manner;
- Managing phone calls, emails and correspondence from internal and external stakeholders;
- Ensuring the timely and accurate creation and maintenance of records and data;
- Assisting with site purchasing as well as managing the procurement of office supplies;
- Maintaining the administrative requirements of the site vehicle fleet;
- The management of ingoing and outgoing mail in a prompt and accurate manner;
- Preparing and formatting documents and reports as required; and,
- Coordinating meetings, medical bookings and other relevant appointments.
- Previous experience working in an administrative team in an administration role in an industrial services setting is essential;
- Excellent communication skills to effectively address inquiries and provide accurate information;
- An attentive, friendly and professional demeanour at all times;
- Knowledge of purchasing systems is highly advantageous;
- Strong problem-solving skills;
- Organisation, prioritisation, and time management skills;
- Proven high attention to detail and accuracy in data entry; and,
- Experience with the Microsoft Office 365 suite is crucial for success in this role.
