We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team. As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support and contributing to the smooth functioning of our site.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively address inquiries and provide accurate information. A strong background in data entry, purchasing processes, and report generation is essential for success in this role.
- Working as part of a team to provide effective, efficient, timely, and accurate administrative services
- Managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence from internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring the timely and accurate creation and maintenance of records and data
- Assisting with site purchasing and managing the procurement of office supplies
- Maintaining the administrative requirements of the site vehicle fleet
- The management of ingoing and outgoing mail in a prompt and accurate manner
- Preparing and formatting documents and reports as required
- Coordinating meetings, medical bookings, and other relevant appointments
This role requires strong organisational, prioritisation, and time management skills. The successful candidate will have proven high attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, as well as experience with the Microsoft Office 365 suite.
