Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Testing Manager to oversee the testing process across various implementation projects within our organization. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders, managing a team of testers, and ensuring the successful design, plan, and execution of testing strategies.

About the Role
This executive-level position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in managing complex projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in testing and quality assurance, as well as expertise in portfolio management and financial servicing.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders
• Manage a team of testers and ensure successful project delivery
• Design, plan, and execute testing strategies
• Provide regular status updates to senior leaders

Required Skills and Qualifications
• 10-15 years of experience in testing and quality assurance
• 5+ years of experience leading and managing project teams
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Experience in agile methodology and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
• Strong risk management skills
