**Job Description**:
We are looking for a talented Implementation Project Consultant to join our DQ business. This position has the responsibility for delivering Data Quality solutions and services to clients. This includes assisting customers with knowledge of our product and providing best-practice implementation advice, development of bespoke solutions, technical consultancy as well as contributing towards the department's strategy.

**What you'll be doing**

**Project delivery**
- Work with our customers and partners to design, implement and roll out Data Quality solutions that leverage Experian data quality software.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery process in a consulting capacity from scoping, requirement gathering, delivery of solution and documentation, training and other post-delivery activities.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects ensuring that projects are delivered to scope, on budget and on time, work with a variety of stakeholders, as part of a team or individually where required, services to be delivered remotely or on customer sites.
- Provide innovative approaches to complex technical challenges when scoping solutions, including preparing designs and technical specifications.
- Ensure projects are planned, resourced correctly and reports produced as required
**Supporting client relationships**
- Manage customer engagement and expectations by building and maintaining strong, trusting relationships, attending relevant customer meetings, promptly resolving escalations and ensuring their projects are managed effectively
- Collaboration with customer stakeholders to build and deploy data focused solutions
- Communicate with client and/or other departments/divisions within Experian to help ensure accurate and timely implementation of project work, and to enable them to manage client/customer expectations.
- Manage and communicate the progress of the project, achieving project milestones and maintaining momentum of the project to drive implementations to successful completion, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

- Contribute to improving our software by sharing your own experiences from projects with product managers and developers. And using prior experience and research to aid in the development of new solutions and services.
