dnata is a leading air services provider, offering ground handling, cargo, travel, and flight catering services across five continents.
We are seeking a full-time Administrative Lead to support our National Cargo Operations team at Sydney Airport.
This role will lead the administrative function for the Cargo Operations team, ensuring general administrative support and billing processes are effectively managed.
Main responsibilities:
- Work closely with the accounts receivable team to ensure a seamless billing process.
- Collaborate with the Procurement Manager to review supply management across Cargo Facilities nationally.
- Provide office administrative support, including uniforms, stationery, petty cash, and reconciliations.
- Lead general finance support, including billing, invoice processing, and purchase orders.
- Answer phones, assist with queries, and support employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Process ASIC applications, raise purchase orders, and issue invoices/credit notes.
- Investigate and resolve billing disputes in a timely manner.
- Support ad-hoc requests for roster uploads in Zambion.
- Update agencies with employee worked hours each week.
- Other general administrative support.
OH&S Responsibilities:
- Comply with dnata Safety and Environment Policies.
- Comply with legislative Health & Safety requirements.
- Develop and maintain a positive safety culture focused on awareness and vigilance.
- Conduct work in accordance with dnata's Health & Safety Management System.
- Follow all safety work procedures and guidelines.
- Participate in emergency drills and evacuations.
Essential criteria:
- Ability to implement and create new processes.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, multi-tasking skills, and high standards of performance and quality.
- Strong computer acumen with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Sound organisational skills and experience in undertaking and completing several tasks concurrently, and meeting deadlines.

- Well-developed communications skills and the ability to stay patient, negotiate, and proactively solve problems.
