About the Role
As a Senior Solution Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion in the Australian market
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CTOs, Operations, and Engineering teams
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including complex software solutions and Enterprise Architecture Management
- Collaborating with our inside sales and marketing organization to initiate contact and start relationships with target accounts
- Guiding prospects through the sales process, ensuring a clear structure and effective communication

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 7+ years of experience in Enterprise sales within B2B SaaS industry, preferably with Enterprise Architecture Management or complex software solutions
- Experience selling to CTO Organizations, including Operations and Engineering teams, and building relationships with high-level stakeholders
- Experience navigating sales processes within complex organizations, interacting with industry AEs
- Strong consultative sales skills, with a passion for helping customers solve their challenges
- Fluent English communication skills
