Hotel Operations Manager

The Hotel Operations Manager will oversee and assist the Front Office team in managing daily hotel operations, ensuring efficiency and excellent customer service.

  • Supervise and motivate team members with effective leadership skills.
  • Maintain high standards and procedures throughout the hotel.

They will collaborate closely with senior management to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing accurate records and reports.
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in Hospitality or Business Management, minimum 2 years relevant experience in the hotel industry, and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Opera Cloud.
