As a Hotel Operations Leader, you will drive business growth and excellence by overseeing daily operations, managing finances, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans to boost profitability and meet EBITDA targets
- Manage the overall performance of the hotel, including Food & Beverage, front office, housekeeping, and maintenance
- Control costs, manage budgets, and plan workforces for maximum efficiency
- Maintain property presentation, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards
We are seeking candidates with:
- 5+ years of senior hotel/hospitality management experience, focusing on operations and revenue growth
- Proven skills in budgeting, cost control, and revenue maximisation
- Strong leadership and communication to engage guests, staff, and stakeholders
- Experience in guest relations and delivering exceptional customer service standards
- Proficiency in hotel management systems and financial analysis
- Knowledge of Body Corporate and strata management processes
- Strong organisational and time management skills for multiple priorities
- Commitment to workplace health and safety compliance
Required Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification in Hospitality or Business Management (preferred)
- Current RSA and relevant certifications (desired)
Work Arrangements:
- Flexible availability for varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
