Hotel Maintenance Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Maintenance Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about ensuring the highest standards of maintenance and customer satisfaction.

  • Plan and carry out preventative maintenance throughout the Hotel to ensure high standards are maintained for a positive guest experience.
  • Ensure all team members are competent in the safe and effective use of equipment and chemicals in accordance with manufacturer instructions.
  • Liaise with senior management regarding the use of contractors within the Hotel, controlling expenditure and ensuring work is completed to the required standard.
Requirements
  • Trade qualification in either electrical or mechanical engineering would be beneficial.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience managing a maintenance function within a large multi-storey complex.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Property Management Systems.
