Our culinary team is the heart of Four Seasons, and we're seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our brigade. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling your section to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high-quality food preparation, inspecting taste, temperature, and visual appeal.
  • Coordinate food preparation, ordering, stock control, and day-to-day execution of all culinary activities.
  • Manage quality and observe food safety components in line with local regulations and company procedures.
  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness and sanitation in all food preparation areas.
  • Examine food suppliers and received goods for quality and quantity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

As a successful Chef de Partie, you'll possess:

  • Previous experience at a similar level, with strong product knowledge and technical skills.
  • A passion for creating superb food to provide memorable guest dining experiences.
  • Knowledge and interest in current kitchen trends and cuisines.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • The ability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and evenings.
