We are seeking an exceptional Chef de Partie to join our dynamic fine dining team. As a key member of the culinary brigade, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering exquisite dishes that showcase your creativity and skill.

Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to work in a high-end kitchen where attention to detail and precision are paramount. You will be working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to deliver outstanding service and create memorable dining experiences for our guests.

As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for managing a section of the kitchen, including planning, preparation, and cooking of dishes. You will also be expected to train and mentor junior chefs, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Chef de Partie in a fine dining environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in modern techniques, including sous-vide and molecular gastronomy
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • A strong understanding of food safety and hygiene protocols
