We are looking for an experienced Employee Relations Consultant to join our team at Tbwa Chiat/Day Inc. As an Employee Relations Consultant, you will play a key role in providing effective HR advice, guidance, and solutions to employees/managers as and when required; always working within the necessary legal parameters and deliver outstanding client service.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide informed, best practice advice, effectively build strong relationships, whilst helping develop and drive innovative initiatives and solutions that will complement and mirror the current and future strategic business objectives
- Partner with your managers to execute all cyclical people activities
- Build strong and enduring client relationships; be a trusted partner, and across all things HR in partnership with the AUNZ HR community. This includes maintenance of the SharePoint site for communications, and developing any necessary training for the AUNZ HR community
