This Employee Relations Specialist role involves working with management to design and implement effective HR programs and initiatives. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of employment law and regulations, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual who can work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have a Associate's Degree or College Diploma in a relevant field and relevant technical expertise in areas such as labor relations and employment law.

As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting investigations into employee complaints and grievances, and providing recommendations for resolution. You will also work closely with other departments to develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures.
