This is a Full-time opportunity within our Human Resources department. As Employee Relations Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping our company's Employee Relations strategies, frameworks, and practices.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including the People and Talent team, and people leaders, to ensure seamless execution of Employee Relations activities. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining high standards of compliance and guiding complex ER matters.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective Employee Relations frameworks, processes, and practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address Employee Relations cases and provide guidance.
- Lead high-risk cases and perform investigations as needed.
- Serve as primary point of contact for high-risk cases.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
- Represent the Company at mediation hearings and interact with external parties.
- Manage case notes and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years' experience in Employee Relations, preferably in complex/matrix environments.
- Degree qualified in IR, HR, or Law.
- Trained ER investigator with consulting and in-house experience.
- Familiarity with Fair Work rulings and ability to translate requirements into frameworks.
- Experience building ER business capability in a scale-up environment (desirable).
