Job Title: Employee Relations Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our team as Employee Relations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing employee relations, including investigating grievances, conducting disciplinary procedures, and providing support to employees on employment-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grievance Investigations: Investigate and resolve employee grievances in a fair and timely manner.
- Disciplinary Procedures: Conduct disciplinary procedures in accordance with the hotel's policies and procedures.
- Employee Support: Provide support to employees on employment-related matters, including performance management and career development.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or equivalent;
- Strong command of written and spoken English;
- Technology savvy in and familiar in computer systems (e.g. Microsoft Office, HR systems and databases);
- In-depth knowledge of labour law, industrial relations and HR best practices;
- Minimum three years of relevant experience in Hospitality industry;
- Experience in managing/ liaising with key stakeholders.
